Illinois Patrons 2025 Rome Tour

In January, the Illinois Patrons traveled to Rome to celebrate Jubilee Year 2025. As members of the Illinois Patrons, guests were able to gain the private access that PAVM membership affords. Private tours included the various Vatican Museums, the studios of the artisans preserving Vatican art, the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s, and the Basilicas of Rome. Expert theological docent Father Richard Fragomeni offered religious history as recorded through art while the artistic docent, Daniele Mediano, spoke to the actual creation and preservation of the art.
