As you know, one of the values of the Patrons is to connect art and faith. With that in mind, we would like to share with you an event that we are hosting for our current members.

On Thursday, December 5th, the Patrons are holding a very unique program and reception at the Art Institute of Chicago:

Art as a Carrier of Faith: Born Among the People: A Neapolitan Creche

Our presenters will be Rebecca Long, the Patrick G. and Shirley W. Ryan Associate Curator of European Painting and Sculpture before 1750, Reverend Louis Cameli, the Cardinal’s Delegate for Formation and Mission, and John Shea, Theologian and Author.  We will view and reflect on this work of art thorugh both an artistic and theological lens.

The program will be from 5:00-6:00 p.m. with a wine and cheese reception that will follow in the Art Institute’s Terzo Piano from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

If you would like to become a member or renew your membership to participate in this unique Members Only event, please contact Denise Molitsky at 312-534-5351.

Please note this is a ticketed event and RSVP’s are required.  If you are a current member, an invitation was mailed to you.
